Todays Workout - Unarmed and Dangerous

10 Sandbag Zercher Squats,
5 Sandbag Shoulder Get Ups

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Switch shoulders for the get ups between rounds.

Men aim for a 40kg sandbag; women aim for a 20kg sandbag.
